Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the atomiclearning.app website or the Atomic Learning apps for iOS and Android (together, the 'Service'). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your download and purchases.
2. Using the Service
Atomic Learning does not require an account. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its content (including the challenge sentences and audio), not to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, and not to access it by automated means beyond normal use.
3. Atomic Learning Pro: Subscriptions and Purchases
Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices and subscription lengths are shown in the app before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. If an offer includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Content and Learning Tools
The Service, including its challenge sentences, audio, design and software, belongs to Atomic Learning and is licensed to you, not sold. The audio is a computer-generated voice, and translations are machine-generated and may be inaccurate. Scores and streaks are practice aids, not a certification of your language level. The Service is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee any particular learning result.
5. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may change, add or remove features of the Service at any time. We may also modify these Terms; if a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before it takes effect, and we will update the 'Last updated' date above. By continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
